GetThru's question bank is designed to support GP registrars preparing for the RACGP Fellowship exams—starting with the Applied Knowledge Test (AKT), and with Key Feature Problems (KFP) content on the way. Developed by experienced Australian GPs and medical educators, our bank delivers high-quality, exam-style questions that reflect real general practice.
Whether you're just beginning your exam journey or targeting high-yield revision in the lead-up to the AKT, GetThru provides the structure, tools, and clinically relevant content to help you prepare with confidence.
The RACGP Fellowship exams assess the depth of clinical knowledge and decision-making skills required for independent general practice in Australia.
Applied Knowledge Test (AKT): A three-hour, computer-based exam featuring multiple-choice questions that test applied clinical knowledge across a wide range of general practice scenarios.
Key Feature Problems (KFP): A four-hour written exam consisting of 70 clinical vignettes, each followed by multiple selection questions. Each question has 2 to 6 correct answers and is specifically designed to assess your clinical reasoning and decision-making in real-world scenarios. The KFP focuses on the essential steps in diagnosis, investigation, and management—prioritising how you think, not just what you know.
GetThru currently provides AKT-style questions, with KFP content in development and launching soon.
Our content is mapped to the RACGP Curriculum and guided by the Examinations Guide. Questions are written to match the scope and style of the actual AKT, with clear explanations referencing Therapeutic Guidelines, Australian Prescriber, and the RACGP Red Book.
