Hey,
We’re the Get-Thru Development team.
Anantha is a Vascular Surgery Trainee and is passionate about all things surgical education. Mike is a former ED trainee turned software engineer extraordinaire.
When Anantha was sitting the GSSE in 2019, he realised that there was a significant lack of high-fidelity questions, on a useable platform. Yes, that meant he too battled through the excel documents and pdfs. And that struggle inspired a decision to change things for others in the future.
Studying for the GSSE is exacting. High exam peformance is demanded of doctors who already give their all at work, do huge amounts of extra curricular research, are asked to prop up under-staffed health systems and have full personal and family lives.
We were motivated by a vision to make it easier.
This meant creating excellent educational content, design a seamless, mobile friendly user experience, and harness technology to make the time spent studying as efficient as possible.
